Job Description Urgent Requirement Of Inbound Callers For Tech SupportTaking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.Candidate Profile:Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 yearMust know how to close their own calls.Must have good convincing and sales skills.Salary:Rs.10, /month(fixed)+Huge IncentivesShift : 8:30pm-6:30amWorking Days: 6 days(rotational Off 1 day)....Contact HR @ / Qualifications Undergraduate Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
