The person will be responsible to -
Assure successful production of new genetics or combinations assigned at Product Advancement Meeting (PAM) through active technical liaison with Supply Chain (SC), Research & Development (R&D), Field Production Research (FPR), growers and third-party vendors.
Establish a close relationship and effective communication plan with stakeholders in R&D with the goal to optimally organize the variety introduction and commercial scale-up to achieve complete customer satisfaction
Provide and defend data driven producibility evaluation in conjunction with Global Seed Production Specialist (GSPS) & FPR.
Responsible for crop knowledge transfer to regional field production teams enabling continuous improvement.
Work and provide support in all production areas by providing timely field visits throughout the production season.

Education - PhD in Agronomy
Total experience - 3-4 years
