Front End Web Development LeaderWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our front end web development team. As a seasoned Senior Front-End Web Developer, you will be responsible for crafting clean, responsive and scalable web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain front-end architecture using HTML, CSS and BootstrapMentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practicesTranslate high-fidelity UI/UX designs into functional, mobile-first web componentsEnsure optimal performance, responsiveness and accessibility (WCAG compliance)Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design and back-end teamsChampion and implement front-end standards, reusable components and design systemsEvaluate and integrate new tools, libraries or frameworks where beneficialTroubleshoot complex UI/UX bugs and compatibility issuesRequired Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of professional front-end development experienceExpert-level skills in HTML5, CSS3 and BootstrapStrong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first developmentExperience with cross-browser development and progressive enhancementFamiliarity with accessibility best practices and ARIA rolesSolid command of version control systems (Git) and collaborative workflowsWorking knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery and DOM manipulationExperience working in agile development environmentsBonus Points:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development or related fieldExperience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) or BEM methodologyExposure to modern front-end frameworks (Angular) is a plusFamiliarity with templating engines or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Liquid)Understanding of performance optimization (code splitting, lazy loading, asset minification)
