Product OwnerWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our mobile and web applications, working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and user requirements.Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business and user requirementsTranslate requirements into clear, actionable user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteriaMaintain and prioritize the mobile app & web product backlog in alignment with business goalsWork closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirementsParticipate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectivesSupport the Product Owner in defining the product roadmap and feature prioritiesConduct gap analyses, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for new featuresGather and analyze user feedback, metrics, and analytics to suggest product improvementsMaintain detailed documentation for requirements, workflows, and release notesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field2+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related roleExperience working with mobile /web applications or digital productsPreferred Qualifications:Certification or coursework in Agile, Scrum, or Product ManagementExperience in an EdTech environment or with SaaS-based platformsHands-on experience using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar Agile management platformsTechnical Skills:Understanding of mobile app and web development lifecycle and Agile methodologiesAbility to write clear user stories and acceptance criteriaFamiliarity with app analytics and reporting toolsStrong documentation and organizational skillsInterpersonal Skills:Excellent communication and teamwork skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAdaptability in a fast-paced and changing environmentOnboarding Process:The successful candidate will undergo an induction process that may span over a few days. This induction is designed to be completed at your own pace and within your own time. It is an unpaid aspect of the onboarding process. Additionally, setting up your local environment is a key step in ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform. The time needed can range from half a day to a week, depending on your familiarity.
