As a Specialist - Candidate Screening , you play a crucial role in the recruitment process for our global clients. Your responsibilities include meticulously screening profiles, CVs, and job applications to identify the best candidates. Your expertise is essential in understanding client requirements, developing efficient screening strategies, and ensuring a high standard of excellence within our international team.
Our Screening Specialists are not only experts in recruitment but also future leaders in the talent market. Implementing and executing screening and selection processes are integral parts of your role, ensuring that our talent strategies are effectively executed to meet our clients' objectives and drive organizational success.
Roles and responsibilities
● Conduct thorough screenings of profiles, CVs, and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
● Understand client requirements and job specifications to effectively match candidates to roles.
● Utilize data insights and market knowledge to refine and optimize screening strategies.
● Develop and maintain a database of potential candidates for various roles across multiple industries.
● Driving innovation by proactively identifying and coming up with innovative ideas.
● Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process.
● Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to hiring managers on shortlisted candidates.
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in candidate screening and recruitment.

Experience required
● Relevant experience in a similar role (BPO/RPO/MSP/Recruitment/Sourcing)
● Experience of working in customer service/customer relationship or high-volume BPO environment

● Stakeholder management on Operational management level
● Strong communication and organizational skills
● Strong interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail
● Demonstrated track record of understanding clients needs and translating those into daily productivity
