Our organization seeks a seasoned Data Product Owner to spearhead the development of our global Candidate and Recruiting Data Product Portfolio. In this capacity, you will define the vision, roadmap, and delivery of data products that drive hiring insights, analytics, and operational excellence across the firm.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Candidate and Recruiting Data ProductsCollaborate closely with HR, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Finance, and Data Governance teams to understand data needsTranslate business requirements into epics, user stories, and prioritized backlogsEnsure data consistency and integration with enterprise datasets (Worker 360, Client 360, etc.)Lead a cross-functional squad (8–10 FTEs) to deliver high-quality data productsMonitor KPIs, manage risks, and ensure sustainable product performanceRequirements10+ years of experience in Data Product Ownership / Data ManagementIn-depth understanding of recruiting and candidate data (Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Onboarding)Familiarity with HRMS/ATS systems (Workday, iCIMS, SAP/Oracle, Eightfold.ai)Knowledge of modern data technologies (Snowflake, etc.)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAgile Product Owner certification (preferred)About UsWe offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth.TipsWe recommend candidates who possess strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
