We want to redefine what technology can do in this region, and we’re looking for an Assistant manager - Finance & Operations who can help us move even faster.noon’s mission: Every door, every day.What you'll do:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, reconciliations, and reporting. This role requires strong coordination between internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and transparency across all financial processes.Key Responsibilities:1. Client ReconciliationConduct monthly Statement of Account (SOA) reconciliations with top 3 clients; handle other clients as needed. Ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.2. Sales & Transaction ReconciliationReconcile sales reports shared by clients and Pine Labs to identify and resolve variances. Highlight key issues and work with internal teams for corrective action.3. Cross-Functional CoordinationServe as a bridge between the Finance and Business teams to ensure both books are always aligned — including invoices, payments, and adjustments.4. Payment ManagementUpdate client payment records in the books daily. Follow up with credit-line merchants to ensure timely payments and maintain collection discipline.5. Invoicing & DocumentationPrepare and issue accurate monthly invoices for internal orders. Maintain organized financial documentation and support audit requirements.6. Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare monthly P&L statements and update financial dashboards. Analyze sales and redemption trends at both client and business levels to support decision-making.What you'll need:Qualifications RequiredBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.3-4 years of experience in finance operations, reconciliation, or accounts management.Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and hands-on working style.Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced business environment.Who will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
