We foster a culture of learning and growth, encouraging each other to take on new challenges and develop our skills.We believe in working hard and having fun, celebrating our successes together as a team.Key Responsibilities:To meet established schedules or resolve technical or operational problemsTo support and collaborate with partners and clientsTo coordinate all employee on-boarding activitiesTo assess and audit quality of work according to established metrics, goals, and expected performance levels for all team members; provide feedback and coaching as needed in partnership with managerTo identify areas of process improvement and provide recommendations to streamline efficienciesTo act as first point of contact for escalations - investigate root causes and provide recommended next stepsTo collaborate on special projectsTo act as consultative partner who appropriately manages expectations and communicates process/project plans and timelinesTo meet or exceed assigned daily/weekly account goalsTo regularly monitor and motivate team to meet performance scorecard to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are being metTo act as gatekeeper for process documentation and assist manager with reportingTo ensure that requisition activity is properly documented including candidate disposition to meet compliance and SLA/KPI trackingTo maintain working knowledge of RSR and other up-to-date recruiting methodologiesTo act as backup to manager in communicating with client and team members
