Candidate should be flexible to work from office from our Chennai location and cater to the shift hours of 2.00pm to 11.00pm IST.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize PeopleSoft applications based on business requirements.
  • Perform system analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of applications.
  • Develop and maintain PeopleSoft components such as Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, Integration Broker, Component Interface, and more.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, end-users, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Perform troubleshooting and provide production support for PeopleSoft applications.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Maintain and enhance existing PeopleSoft applications by fixing bugs, adding new features, and optimizing performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Keep up to date with the latest PeopleSoft technologies and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in PeopleSoft development.
  • Strong knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker, Component Interface, and other PeopleSoft modules.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, Financials, or Campus Solutions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
