Cloud Security Operations LeadWe are seeking a seasoned Cloud Security Operations Lead to spearhead our DevSecOps initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing robust security controls across our hybrid environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as RBI, CERT-IN, DPDP, and PCI DSS.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and enforce comprehensive security policies and procedures.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into development workflows.- Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.- Embed automated vulnerability management, dependency scanning, secrets detection, and policy-as-code into delivery pipelines.- Ensure integration of secure coding practices, OWASP Top 10 standards, and secure SDLC controls into development workflows.- Develop and maintain dashboards to measure DevSecOps maturity, security posture, and pipeline health.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Expertise in CI/CD platforms such as GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.- Strong understanding of secure coding and secure SDLC standards.- Experience with hybrid delivery models across Azure DevOps pipelines, AKS clusters, and on-prem CI/CD runners.- Compliance engineering skills to embed RBI, CERT-IN, PCI DSS, and DPDP requirements into pipelines and audit logs.Benefits:This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of our cloud security operations capabilities.
