Business/Software development Analyst

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. You should have a strong focus on precision and critical thinking, with the ability to closely monitor software development processes and its progress. For us, a Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical/development team. Their goal is to ensure that the software being built meets the actual business needs. You'll play a key role in translating complex data and workflows into clear diagrams, models, and reports, helping teams make informed, data-driven decisions.Responsibilities:Monitor and analyse ongoing software development processesUnderstand Business Domains.Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, diagrams, and process flowsInvolvement in the UI/UX .Work closely with the team to identify gaps, opportunities, and potential improvementsAssist in defining KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworksPrepare documentation and ensure clarity between technical and non-technical teamsSupport testing and validation of software solutions against business needs.Support During Deployment of each modules.Requirements:Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environmentDatabase and API Understanding.Testing & UATStrong analytical, observational, and critical thinking skillsHigh attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solvingProficiency in creating business process diagrams, flowcharts, and documentationExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively under minimal supervisionImmediate availability is highly preferredGood to have:Experience with tools such as JIRA, ConfluenceFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesUnderstanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)No time wasters please:-If you are not confident in your skills, it's better to - reconsider before applying.
