With a strong presence in Rajasthan, Baid Wires is committed to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site field sales role for a Sales Executive, with openings in the following locations:Bikaner | Jodhpur | Hanumangarh | Sri GanganagarThe Sales Executive will be responsible for:Building and managing distributor/retailer networks.Generating new business opportunities and achieving monthly sales targets.Meeting clients, providing product knowledge, and handling negotiations.Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat business.Conducting market visits for competitor analysis, demand tracking, and feedback.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 2–3 years in Sales / Business Development (preferably in Consumer Durables, Electrical Goods, or Wires & Cables).Backgrounds from Pharma, Finance, or Real Estate will not be considered.Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management.Ability to create and execute effective Sales Strategies.Comfortable with field sales and travel within assigned territory.Basic knowledge of the wire & cable industry is a strong plus.Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field (not mandatory if experience is strong).Compensation & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience & interview).Attractive performance incentives.Growth opportunities within the organization.Selection Process1 Telephonic Interview – Initial screening round.2 Face-to-Face Interview – Final round at company location.How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their updated CV at:(Please mention your preferred location in the subject line: Application – Sales Executive – [Location])Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundLanguage:English (Preferred)Work Location: In personSpeak with the employer
