The ideal candidate will possess expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and HRMS platforms, as well as strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.Key Responsibilities:Manage employee lifecycle – from onboarding to exit – ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptionsDevelop and implement data management strategies across all HR systems and employee data, maintaining accuracy and reliabilityEvaluate and ensure compliance with statutory laws, including PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, and labour actsCollaborate with Finance and Legal teams for audits and payroll compliance, fostering a culture of transparency and accountabilityMaintain organizational structure accuracy and updates, reflecting changes and improvementsAdditional Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership communication and initiatives, providing expert guidance and supportCoordinate quarterly townhalls and internal communication forums, promoting open dialogue and engagementUtilize HR tools, including Greythr and Smartsheet, to drive efficiency and productivityOversee travel arrangements, ensuring timely delivery and logistical supportVisit our Gujarat office on a quarterly basis to foster collaboration and communication
