The companys technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the companys business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designanddevelopinnovative featuresonkeystrategic projectsaspartofahighlyfunctionalAgile(e.g., Scrum)team
  • Work withproduct stakeholderstohelpdefine andprioritizeproductbacklog andsprintplans
  • DevelopandintegratetosystemAPIs
  • Documenttechnicaldetailsofcodingprojects throughastandardizedprocessofcreatingcodecomments,software architectureandflow diagrams
  • Ensurecorporatecomplianceandinformationsecurity standardsarewithheld withintheSDLC
  • Contributetomaintenance,support androadmapofkeyteam member facing solutionsandplatforms
  • Designandestablishsoftware patternstosolve keybusinessandtechnologyproblems
  • Mentor, support, and guide junior developers, including code reviews, best practices,patternreviews
  • Design Cloud native scalable applications

EDUCATION&EXPERIENCEQUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4yearDegreeinComputer Science orequivalentworkexperiencerequired
  • Master'sDegree inComputerScience orequivalentworkexperience preferred
  • 10+ years experience in developingandsupportinglargescale,highly transactionalandavailabletechnology platforms
  • Experience workingaspartofanAgile Scrumteam
  • Experiencewithrestaurantorretailtechnologies
  • Mentoringjuniordevelopers
  • Continuous Delivery&IntegrationAutomationexperience
  • Enterprisearchitectureunderstandingandproficiency(e.g.,API-led,middleware,SOA)

REQUIREDKNOWLEDGE,SKILLSorABILITIES:

  • Proficient developing enterprise development languages (Java, Server-Side JavaScript, React, React Native)
  • Knowledgeofdistributedservices(e.g.,REST,SOAP)
  • WorkingexperiencewithenterpriseframeworkslikeSpring
  • ProficiencywithSource controlandCI/CDtechnologiessuchasGitandAzure DevOps
  • Deep understanding of building out microservices using technologies that include Java,NoSQL,Kubernetes
