Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O - Experienced Professional Sought for Technical Consultant PositionWe are searching for a seasoned technical consultant to provide expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, hands-on development experience, and the ability to transform business requirements into efficient technical solutions.Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions based on client needs.Build and implement technical components including extensions, integrations, workflows, plugins, and custom reports.Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business objectives into detailed technical designs.Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, or middleware tools.Perform data migration, transformation, and environment data restores.Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Participate in implementation, upgrade, and maintenance projects.Follow Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and solution guidelines.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.At least 3-8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development.Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and knowledge of JavaScript.Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is an added advantage.Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps pipelines, and API integrations.Good understanding of Dynamics architecture, data model, and extension framework.Experience with SSRS, Electronic Reporting (ER), Power BI, and report customizations.Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Developer Associate and Solution Architect Expert.Experience in end-to-end / full-cycle implementation projects.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.Understanding of cloud-based deployments and security configurations.Why Choose This Opportunity?Chance to work with leading Microsoft technologies and top global partners.Professional growth opportunities, training programs, and certification support.A dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.
