Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Team Lead to join our fast-paced and innovative team. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by leading and motivating a team of sales professionals. This role demands excellent leadership skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to exceed sales targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in product knowledge, negotiation, and customer handling.
- Monitor performance metrics, provide constructive feedback, and foster a high-performing team culture.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive sales planning, forecasting, and reporting to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and product offerings.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Resolve escalated customer issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Ensure the team delivers personalized and timely solutions to meet client needs.
Process Optimization:
- Analyze sales workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Implement and leverage CRM tools for lead management and reporting.
- Stay updated with industry trends to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, metrics, and tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a target-driven environment.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry is a plus.
