Senior Payroll Analyst Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to manage full-cycle payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution.Process end-to-end payroll using ADP Workforce Now, validating employee data, timesheets, earnings, deductions, bonuses, and tax withholdings.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough payroll reconciliations and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.E nsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changing requirements.Troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies and system issues in a timely manner.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, with emphasis on accounting principles and practices.Mandatory hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, demonstrating proficiency in payroll processing and analysis.4–7 years of payroll processing and payroll analysis experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
