Primary Responsibilities

  • This position is responsible for execution of commercial and sample export shipments from Bangalore site
  • Maintain adherence to freight budget
  • Execution of commercial export shipments including shipment booking, invoicing, documentation, customs clearance etc
  • Execution of sample and re-export shipments
  • Coordination with service providers for freight invoices
  • Freight invoice booking in ERP
  • Submission of post shipment documents for export regularization
  • Shipment tracking
  • Sound understanding of export and import processes, trade compliance
  • Export documentation in ERP (preferably SAP)
  • Experience in working with other Pharma companies or Global forwarders preferred
