Job brief

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Digient Technologies products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, with a strong writing background. You should be able to develop engaging content to attract and retain customers. Ultimately, you should be able to expand our company’s digital footprint and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

1. 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate organic leads through various digital channels.
  • Optimize content and landing pages for SEO to improve organic search rankings.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation strategies.
  • Create monthly reports on the marketing performance of each channel (social media, SEO, ad buy) and optimize the marketing activities and content.

2. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠:

  • Plan , create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content across all digital platforms.
  • Set LinkedIn growth targets
  • Create a monthly content calendar, visual images/videos with canva or other AI tools
  • Generate and produce high-quality content that aligns with marketing goals.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with brand voice and guidelines.
  • Reach out to targeted communities/groups on LinkedIn to promote our brand

3. 𝐀𝐝𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠:

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on Google AdWords.
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure targets are met and make recommendations for optimization.

4. 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐄𝐎:

  • Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement necessary changes.
  • Plan out a 6-month growth plan and target keywords
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Identify quality backlink solutions
  • Draft each content structure for content writing
  • Improve site structure, page speed, and other technical factors to enhance search engine visibility.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

  • Bachelor's / Master degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing and content marketing.
  • Proven experience in managing Google AdWords campaigns and technical SEO.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and analytics tools (e.g.,Google Analytics).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tool
  • Proficiency with social media analytics.
  • Time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
