Job Title:A key role in ensuring the security and efficiency of healthcare environments is to support our distributed team with secure, reliable IT operations across systems, networks, and devices.The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with U.S.-based colleagues.Provide remote assistance for employees' hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning laptops, accounts, and tools.Maintain documentation for IT support procedures.Manage user access and permissions across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Jira, Zoom, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).Key Responsibilities:Assist with identifying and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.Develop and maintain detailed documentation for IT support procedures and best practices.Requirements:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with IT support and system administration.Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and security best practices.
