We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior 3D Props Artist to lead the creation of high-quality buildings, weapons, props, and environmental assets optimized for mobile and multi-platform performance in Unreal Engine.This role is ideal for an artistic professional with a strong understanding of PBR workflows, optimization, and modular design. As a Senior 3D Props Artist, you will be responsible for modeling, texturing, and optimizing detailed 3D assets for real-time environments in a hyper-realistic style.Key Responsibilities:Craft visually stunning and detailed 3D assets that meet our quality standardsBalancing visual fidelity and performance to ensure seamless gameplay on mobile devicesCollaborate with environment, lighting, and design teams to achieve a cohesive visual styleDevelop and improve pipelines and asset workflows to enhance efficiency and productivityRequirements:4+ years of experience as a 3D Props Artist, with a focus on mobile environments within the gaming industryExpert knowledge of Unreal Engine, Blender/Maya, Substance Painter, and ZBrushDeep understanding of PBR workflows, optimization, and modular design principlesStrong artistic sense of scale, detail, and storytelling through propsExperience with realistic environments and shipped mobile titlesNice to Have:Familiarity with procedural tools or photogrammetry techniquesHow to Apply:Please submit your portfolio, CV, and salary expectations to us directly.
