Business Transformation:

- Lead and drive business transformation initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to identify and define strategic goals and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive transformation plans, including timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
- Assess current business processes and identify areas for improvement to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement change management strategies and ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Application Service Management:

- Oversee the management and maintenance of enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Develop and execute application service strategies, including incident management, problem management, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor and analyze application performance metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Business Analysis:

- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business objectives, and document functional specifications.
- Develop business process models, use cases, and user stories to facilitate the development of innovative and scalable solutions.
- Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed changes, considering technical, operational, and financial aspects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in business transformation, application service management, and business analysis roles.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and change management principles.
- Proficiency in analyzing business processes, systems, and data to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with enterprise applications and technologies, including ERP systems, CRM systems, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, use case development, and requirements elicitation.
