Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Marketing Data Analyst to drive our digital marketing and admissions engine forward. This role requires someone with exceptional analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.Key Responsibilities1. Data-Driven Insights & AnalyticsDevelop and implement advanced analytics strategies to inform business decisions.Build and maintain complex data models using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.Provide actionable insights on campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion trends.2. CRM & Marketing AutomationManage and optimize CRM platforms, ensuring seamless lead flow, segmentation, and scoring.Create and execute automation workflows for email nurturing, WhatsApp sequences, and SMS reminders.3. AI & Tech Tool ImplementationCollaborate with stakeholders to deploy AI-powered tools for campaign optimization, data enrichment, and content insights.Evaluate new technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness and student engagement.4. Campaign Execution – Multi-ChannelDevelop and execute multi-channel campaigns across WhatsApp, SMS, and email platforms.Ensure high deliverability and strong analytics for email campaigns.5. Event & Webinar SupportProvide data-driven insights for event targeting, student segmentation, and follow-up automation.Track webinar performance: attendance rate, drop-off analysis, and post-event conversions.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical ExpertiseAdvanced proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio/Looker Studio.Expertise in Excel / Sheets: pivot tables, dashboards, basic SQL.Experience with CRM platforms (LeadSquared, HubSpot, Zoho).Hands-on experience with WhatsApp/SMS automation tools.Working knowledge of AI-based tools for analytics, automation, and content optimization.Marketing KnowledgeUnderstanding of digital funnels, admissions cycles, campaign attribution, and demand generation.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Education & ExperienceBachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or relevant fields.1–4 years of experience in marketing analytics or tech-enabled marketing roles.BenefitsWhy Join Us?This role offers an opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and innovative environment, working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with a talented team.
