The Role:

As a Graphic Designer at Alike, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs both online and offline that align with our brand message and help us achieve our marketing and sales goals. You must have a strong creative portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical proficiency, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create visual content that complements digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and website.
- Design and develop marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, email templates, social media creatives/posts/graphics, Ad creative copies, and other digital and print materials.
- Manage projects from conception to completion: ideate, storyboard, design, and execute, while adhering to timelines and brand guidelines.
- Experiment and iterate on visual designs using A/B testing to optimise the impact and engagement of your creations.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual materials.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in graphic designs incorporating cutting-edge techniques and tools into your work.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and concepts for future design projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that all designs are aligned with our business goals and values.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of designs across different mediums.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layouting.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and storytelling through visual content.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas and concepts into engaging visual content.
- Outstanding communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a high-velocity environment and adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines.
- Passionate about travel and expressing narratives through dynamic visual content.
