Job Description-

At Vecmocon Technologies, we work on the core components of EVs like BMS, Chargers, VCU, and more. As a Project Associate, you have to work on multiple projects throughout its life cycle. You will work with Sales, Customers, Integration, Testing, Production, Quality and Service Teams. Some of your roles and responsibilities include-

  • Define product requirements in collaboration with the sales team and customers.
  • Convert the product requirements to SW or HW goals and timelines
  • Efficiently onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sample testing to the production process.
  • Work on product and process documentation, such as user manuals, technical specifications, flowcharts, etc. to ensure clarity and accuracy of information for each stakeholder
  • Work with the Integration, Testing, and Validation team to ensure product reliability and robustness
  • Monitor and oversee the development of samples, ensuring timely dispatches to customers.
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to gather feedback on testing conducted at their end.
  • Actively plan and drive teams to deliver against said plans and timelines
  • Organize regular team meetings to drive progress, mitigate risks, resolve roadblocks, and review action items
  • Work on production and quality processes and plans with the Production team
  • Create and maintain processes to ensure product quality and reliability
  • Provide technical sign-off on completed requirements, ensuring they meet specified standards
  • Facilitate the handover of all necessary documents to the production team for seamless implementation
  • Actively monitor and proactively resolve sample-related issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Skills-


  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between sales, customers, and production teams
  • Knowledge of tools like JIRA for project management
  • Good grasp of the basics of embedded electronics and electrical engineering
  • Proven experience in customer onboarding and management
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Technical acumen to understand and address software and hardware feedback
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve product-related issues efficiently
  • Good Leadership skills.

Requirement-

  • Must be Bachelor's in Engineering
  • Looking for people with 2-3 years of project management experience
