Job Title:Dedicated Data ArchitectOur ideal candidate will lead the design, setup and management of new data projects from scratch. They will be responsible for architecting and deploying new data environments and projects, designing, implementing and optimizing ETL/ELT workflows for large-scale data ingestion.Key responsibilities include managing schema design, indexing and partitioning for performance and scalability, optimizing query performance and storage configurations across clusters, implementing best practices for security, data governance and cost management.Collaboration with strategy, development and DevOps teams is essential to support business needs. Additionally, troubleshooting and resolving data performance or connectivity issues are key aspects of this role.We require a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with data platforms, including expertise in initial cluster setup, configuration and scaling.Proven expertise in SQL, data warehousing and AWS services such as S3, Glue and Lambda is required, as well as experience with ETL/ELT tools like AWS Glue, Informatica, dbt or Airflow.
