Sustainability ProfessionalThis is a high-level professional position that focuses on implementing and configuring SAP Sustainability Control Tower (SCT) to support corporate sustainability, Environmental Social Governance (ESG) reporting, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of ESG frameworks, including CSRD and EU Taxonomy.The role requires hands-on experience in designing and maintaining sustainability data models, as well as performing gap analysis between business ESG processes and SAP SCT capabilities. A strong understanding of ESG disclosure and audit processes using SAP SCT's analytics is also essential.Key responsibilities include:Implement and configure SCT to support ESG reporting frameworksDesign and maintain sustainability data modelsPerform gap analysis between business ESG processes and SAP SCT capabilitiesValidate and test S/4HANA to SCT interfacesSupport ESG disclosure and audit processes using SAP SCT's analyticsRequired Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will have:4-5 years of experience in SAP implementations, with at least 2 years in Sustainability Control Tower (SCT)Strong understanding of CSRD and EU Taxonomy frameworksHands-on experience with ESG KPI configuration and sustainability data ingestionKnowledge of S/4HANA integration, ESG data validation, and reporting workflowsStrong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skillsPreferred Skills and QualificationsWhile not required, the following skills are highly desirable:Experience in ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD)Familiarity with SAP PaPM or Analytics Cloud (SAC) for sustainability reportingExperience in sustainability audits or non-financial reporting systems
