Senior Business Insights Analyst Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Insights Analyst to lead our data projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insights that drive business growth and improvement.This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and implementing data models, and developing reports using Power BI. You will also collaborate with data engineers to design efficient BI architectures and ensure data quality and security.Key Responsibilities:Develop advanced data models in Power BI, including complex dashboards and reports.Lead data analysis efforts, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.Design and implement data governance and data quality processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in data analytics and visualization tools.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields.Proven experience as a Data Analyst or BI developer.Expert-level experience in Power BI development with advanced knowledge of Power Query and DAX.Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and database design.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:This is a remote opportunity that offers excellent communication skills and flexibility.
