Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals Drive manpower planning, performance management, and talent development Manage employee relations, engagement, and change management initiatives Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes Candidate Profile: 10–12 years of HR experience, with 8+ years in an HRBP role Exposure to FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing preferred Strong stakeholder management and communication skills MBA in HR preferred Compensation: CTC up to ₹20 LPA (including 15%–20% variable ).
