Technical Project Manager Position OverviewThe Technical Project Manager plays a key role in overseeing the execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and collaboration with founders to drive operational excellence.Job Responsibilities:Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables; maintain plans, schedules, and cross-functional roadmaps.Work closely with founders to identify, prioritize, and execute organization-wide initiatives.Translate founders' vision into actionable project plans with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.Drive alignment across engineering, product, design, customer success, sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.Lead cross-functional workstreams and act as a central coordination point between founders and functional leaders.Provide structured updates, risk assessments, and data-driven recommendations for decision-making.Manage dependencies, streamline workflows, and ensure accountability across teams.Translate business requirements into technical tasks and support engineering teams with architecture and integration decisions.Oversee delivery of SaaS products, features, and integrations, including cloud deployments, releases, and versioning.Ensure product reliability, scalability, and performance align with industry best practices.Collaborate with customer success and product teams to improve onboarding, adoption, and customer experience.Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders; communicate updates, risks, and blockers clearly.Lead project meetings, planning sessions, retrospectives, and cross-team discussions.Track budgets, optimize resource allocation, and forecast capacity across project phases.Establish program governance, efficient processes, and operational excellence across teams.Key Skills and Qualifications:Proven track record of managing complex technology projects.Strong technical depth and understanding of SaaS project lifecycle.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.Benefits:This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and take your career to the next level.
