Job Title: Linux AdministratorWe are seeking an experienced Linux Systems Professional to join our team.Server Administration: Responsible for managing and maintaining Windows and Linux servers, including performance monitoring, resource utilization tracking, file system management, RAID configuration, virtualization, and cluster services management.Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues affecting server and network operations.Resource Utilization Tracking: Monitor CPU, RAM, disk, and network resources to ensure optimal utilization.File System Management & RAID Configuration: Implement and manage file systems, RAID configurations, and disk management to ensure data integrity and availability.Virtualization: Manage VMware and Hyper-V virtual machines, including template management and deployment.Active Directory Management: Configure and manage user, group, and computer objects in Active Directory.Domain Controller Setup & Troubleshooting: Install, configure, and troubleshoot domain controllers.DNS, DHCP, IIS, SMTP, WINS, DFS Configuration: Set up and manage DNS, DHCP, IIS, SMTP, WINS, and DFS services.Cluster Services Management: Configure and manage cluster services, including NFS, Autofs, NIS, and LDAP.Patch Management: Apply patches, hotfixes, and rollbacks to maintain system stability and security.Backup & Recovery Management: Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.Job Scheduling & Crontab Monitoring: Schedule and monitor jobs using crontab.Environment Variables & Registry Management: Configure and manage environment variables and registry settings.Account Lifecycle Management: Manage password vaults, permissions, and account lifecycle.Security & Vulnerability Management: Identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities.Server Build & Imaging (Physical & Virtual): Create and manage physical and virtual server builds and images.Network Configuration & Troubleshooting: Configure and troubleshoot network devices and services.IT Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets.Requirements:Experience: 6-10 yearsLocation: Bengaluru only, no work-from-home or hybrid modeTotal Years of Experience:Current CTC:Expected CTC:Current Company:Preferred Location:Notice Period:Highest Qualification which is full time:Any gaps/breaks in career/Education:Whether Interviewed by TCS within last 6 months (Yes/No):Attach your CV Y/N:
