Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Visual Content Designer (Video/Motion Graphics Editor & Graphic Design) to lead our creative storytelling initiatives. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to craft premium visual narratives for our luxury and tech clients. You'll be instrumental in shaping our clients' visual identity and market presence.



Core Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of video and motion graphics projects
  • Establish and maintain visual standards across all client deliverables
  • Mentor junior team members and provide creative direction
  • Collaborate with strategy teams to translate complex concepts into compelling visuals

Technical Execution

  • Produce high-end video content for luxury real estate and tech products
  • Create sophisticated motion graphics and animations for brand campaigns
  • Design and implement visual effects for premium content
  • Develop and maintain consistent visual language across platforms

Project Management

  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assets
  • Establish workflows and processes for efficient content production
  • Manage resource allocation and project timelines


Required Expertise

Technical Skills

  • Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro & Illustrator)
  • Expert-level motion graphics and animation capabilities
  • Proficient in 3D design software
  • Strong understanding of current video production technologies
  • Experience with high-end video editing and color grading


Creative Abilities

  • Exceptional eye for premium design aesthetics
  • Deep understanding of luxury brand visual language
  • Proven ability to conceptualize and execute sophisticated visual narratives
  • Expert knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition


Professional Experience

  • 1+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics and marketing collateral designs
  • Demonstrated experience working with luxury or premium brands
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-end motion design and video projects
  • History of leading creative projects from conception to delivery
