Quality Assurance Executive Job DescriptionMaintain process control and clearance of raw material, packing materials, semi-finished & finished goods on a daily basis.Report deviations to the central QA team and develop Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) for continuous improvement of processes and systems.Ensure compliance with Good Hygienic Practices (GHP) by collaborating with the production team.Closely work with Production/Factory Managers or section in-charges for adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Demonstrate strong understanding of raw materials, storage practices, and validation processes to maintain product consistency.Assist in handling internal & external customer complaints and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) closure.Act as a facilitator in 'Quality Enablement' by providing support to Operations Teams on quality (training operators on PRPs, OPRPs, CCPs).Employ analytical skills for analysis of incoming raw materials, packing materials, semi-finished & finished goods.Develop knowledge of documentation and record-keeping.Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & GHP requirements as per the Quality Management System.Investigate non-conforming materials, components, and products for causes and implement corrective actions as part of continuous improvement.Verify the quality of finished products and packaging before proceeding to the next step of production.Implement work procedures & guidelines for processing quality and their implementation.Standardize and enhance the quality of Management Information Systems (MIS) across all areas in shift operations.
