Language Development RepresentativeWe are seeking a passionate and driven Language Development Representative to join our organization. As a representative, you will be responsible for following up with inbound leads, scheduling engaging product demo calls, conducting discovery conversations, presenting language programs, converting trial learners into paying customers, and maintaining accurate CRM records.Key Responsibilities:Follow up with inbound leads and schedule engaging product demo calls.Conduct discovery conversations to understand learner needs and preferences.Present language programs and courses confidently, articulating their value clearly.Convert trial learners and demo attendees into paying customers using proven scripts and playbooks.Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for every lead interaction.Meet or exceed monthly conversion and activity targets defined by your manager.Required Skills and Qualifications:2–5 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer success roles (minimum 1 year EdTech experience is a must).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient with a growth mindset.Comfortable using CRMs, Google Sheets or MS Excel, and digital communication tools.Benefits:This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a fast-growing organization.
