Job Opportunity About the RoleRelease Management Expertise: We are seeking an accomplished Release Manager to oversee the end-to-end release process for mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing release calendars, coordinating build submissions, version control, and deployment through App Store Connect and Google Play Console.Ongoing Testing and Quality Assurance: The ideal candidate will have expertise in pre-release testing (e.g., TestRail) and ensuring all test cases are covered and defects resolved. Additionally, they will monitor and manage post-release reviews to capture learnings and improve future cycles.Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex issues effectively to cross-functional teams are essential for this role.Collaborative Work Environment: Our team collaborates closely with engineering, QA, product management, partner teams, and other stakeholders to define release scope and deliverables. Key RequirementsProfessional Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in a professional environment, preferably with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.Mobile Application Release Experience: 3+ years of experience coordinating mobile application releases using App Store Connect and Google Play Console.Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.Release Calendar Ownership: Experience owning or maintaining a release calendar, driving go/no-go decisions, and tracking release health. About Our Organization We are a dynamic organization that empowers our employees to learn, grow, and collaborate to drive innovation and accelerated business outcomes.
