Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated AI engineering professional to join our team in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLM-based agentic systems. You will work closely with our engineering team to prototype, evaluate, and optimize AI agents that integrate with complex technical workflows.This role involves working with state-of-the-art LLMs for evaluation, tuning, and optimization, as well as building components of agentic AI systems, including planning, tool-use, and multi-step reasoning. You will also develop RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector stores, and structured retrieval.Responsibilities include contributing to ML experiments using deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, working on cloud platforms for model deployment, storage, and scalable compute, and performing benchmarking, error analysis, and iterative improvement of AI systems.We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, hands-on experience with LLMs, and understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases.
