The Domestic Tour Manager will coordinate, manage, and oversee all aspects of domestic tours, including itinerary planning, client engagement, vendor management, and on-the-ground assistance. They will be responsible for ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients, resolving any issues during tours, and maintaining open communication with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored experiences that meet client preferences.QualificationsStrong planning, organizational, and time management skills for itinerary creation and tour executionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, vendors, and team membersCustomer service expertise, problem-solving abilities, and dispute resolution skills to ensure client satisfactionKnowledge of domestic travel destinations in South India and the Andaman IslandsProficiency in using travel management software or technologyAbility to work under pressure, manage on-site challenges, and maintain a professional demeanorBachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field (or relevant experience)Multilingual proficiency is a plusFamiliarity with travel regulations and logistics is advantageous
