Job Overview:

Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to support the sales team in the Region to achieve the financials performance of the sales organization.


Responsibilities

  • Business partner to sales head of the Region.
  • Ensure quality of sale by increasing revenue but controlling and minimizing overdue and bad debt.
  • Deliver Region Cost to Sale (General, Administrative and After Sales Service Cost)
  • Channel partners Credit Review through effective AR management.
  • Lead custody of Return on Investment & Net landing cost of channel network
  • Facilitate channel claim Reconciliations.
  • Market visits to capture on ground market insights
  • Meet key channel partners to evaluate their investment, growth & claims.
  • Identify, implement and Deliver Cost savings.
  • Lead waste elimination in customer returns & After sales service cost.
  • Roll out analysis of monthly balance scorecard.
  • Review and report effectiveness of Trade Spends, employee incenive and Promotional activities.
  • Lead & monitor compliances in establishments of company in the Region.
  • Lead statutory and internal audits for the Region.


Qualification: CA preferred, OR MBA in Finance


Skills:

  • Strong business acumen.
  • Proficiency in commercial negotiations.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Sensitive to customer and responsive.


Experience - Required 9+ years of sales finance in FMCG/FMEG/FMCD limited company.
