  • Safety Compliance Assurance by Physically visiting NB Sites and on Remote Site Audit.
  • Ensure no accumulation of CWIP and material return to warehouse if RFAI not done within 21 days of material dispatch in case of upgrade.
  • Comply to Handover process with O&M for a smooth RFAI - RFS flow
  • Ensuring Proper HOTO to be submitted by Acq team and TSP presence. All Non standard Items to be captured during HOTO and RAG status to be maintained.
  • Review of NB Acquisition team for Hold Sites resolution in Access, Authority and Public issues.
  • Obtain necessary feedback from O&M prior to Upgrades that helps to improve the site performance
  • Provide periodical status update of SR-RFAI flow to S&M
  • Provide periodic feedback to SCM and Finance on Resource requirement
  • F&F Followup with Estate team for Dismantling Projects.
  • Periodic discussion with team numbers and identifying development opportunities
  • Appropriate Training recommendations.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment between customer requirements and Indus Towers objectives
  • Minimize rejections of SR
  • Ensure Speedy and Quality Delivery : SR-RFAI
  • Ensure proper RFS support through concerned for timely integration of BTS
  • Ensure continuous communication on site status from SR to RFS through meetings, mail etc. other than ISQ automatic updates
  • Partnering with vendors to ensure timely & quality delivery
  • Timely Vendor payments and approval of WCCs
  • Cost efficient solutions and initatives to be implemented. Cost control methods to be adopted.
  • Ensuring all milestones to be implemented on system only, Complete System sanctity to be maintained.
  • Building and sustaining safety culture
  • Review of safety compliance related work- safety guidelines adherence
  • Ensuring adequate safety trainings


Qualifications

Educational Qualification - Degree in Engineering ( pref - Civil, Electrical, Telecommunication or Mechanical)

Telecom Infrastructure, Exposure to Program Management, B2B Customer Management

Team Management & Inter-personal skills. Leadership skills, Customer Management skills, Analytical Skills, Crisis Management Skills.

Overall 10 to 12 years experience ( experience in managing large projects in across distributed geography)

Telecom industry, Infrastructure Industry, Project Management Function.
