Enterprise Salesforce Technical LeaderAt the forefront of technology innovation, we seek an accomplished Salesforce Technical Architect to spearhead strategic planning and solution design for complex enterprise projects. As a seasoned expert in Salesforce platform architecture, you will lead the development of cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for large-scale Salesforce implementations, ensuring seamless integration with diverse systems.Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, business architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.Oversee complex data migration activities, guaranteeing data quality, accurate mapping, reconciliation, and smooth transition into Salesforce.Design and govern the end-to-end data migration architecture, including metadata mapping, ETL/ELT workflows, high-volume dataset handling, phased migration waves, and robust validation frameworks.Ensure efficient cutover and transition planning, minimizing downtime, facilitating smooth parallel runs, implementing robust validation checkpoints, and effective rollback strategies.Define integration patterns, data models, data flows, and API strategies across enterprise systems.Partner with Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure Salesforce solutions align with broader IT landscape and organizational standards.Provide technical leadership to developers, configuration engineers, and offshore teams, promoting code quality, DevOps processes, and CI/CD pipelines aligned with enterprise standards.Guarantee adherence to Salesforce best practices, platform limits, security standards, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.Perform solution assessments, technical reviews, and performance tuning for existing implementations.Support RFPs, solution proposals, estimations, and pre-sales discussions with enterprise clients.Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, advising clients on adoption strategies.Requirements:12+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience with strong understanding of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Integration, and platform architecture.Proven track record of architecting solutions for large enterprise clients with complex systems.Strong capability in designing scalable data models, sharing/security models, and multi-cloud architecture.Experience with integration middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica) is a plus.Proficiency in DevOps/CI-CD, version control (Git), and environment management.Hands-on experience with Salesforce best practices, performance optimization, and platform governance.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to present architectural concepts to business and technical audiences.Experience working in Agile enterprise delivery environments.Willingness to work on US shift timings.
