Job Title: Senior Experience DesignerAt a global business advisory group, our team is focused on delivering technology solutions that drive business growth. We are seeking an experienced designer to join our technical team.We seek to engage with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing low and high-fidelity production-ready design, storyboard, and style guides that cater to the needs of various stakeholders.Key responsibilities include developing systems and workflows for the team, creating UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like, understanding and managing design systems, preparing and presenting rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, advising and working closely with designers to determine the best controls and inputs, identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness), conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback, adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and images, and training new designers joining the team and ensuring the highest level of design practices.Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.What We Offer: A dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.Why Join Us?
