Job Title:Senior Technical Project ManagerAbout the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation, capable of managing a diverse portfolio of projects including CRM and ERP implementations, data analytics solutions, and custom software development.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple technology projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering through to deployment and post-launch support.Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.Manage and oversee project execution for diverse initiatives, including ERP/CRM system integrations, business intelligence and analytics platforms, and bespoke software applications.Serve as the primary technical liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams, translating business needs into detailed technical requirements.Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, while being adept at applying hybrid or Waterfall methodologies where appropriate.Monitor project progress using key metrics and prepare regular status reports for senior management and executive stakeholders.Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the technical architecture and strategy.Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Requirements:The ideal candidate will have:A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in a technical project management role, preferably in a leadership position.Strong technical skills, including knowledge of programming languages, databases, and operating systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, if required.
