He/She/They will demonstrate strong ownership, and attention to detail and maintain clear and concise communication across leadership levels. He/She/They is an advocate for the customer experience on Social Media, providing ongoing social-specific insights. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following Own the social media strategy which includes content creation, ORM, & monthly calendars Develop and launch paid social media campaigns for all owned brands. Make sure we build a robust media strategy and share learnings regularly to make sure we are consistently improving. Responsibilities include campaign testing and learning sharing, reporting, etc. Creates social media campaigns with content creation, and implements schedules. Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management. Coordinates with the copywriting team, content creation team, and the design team to achieve given objectives, and tasks. Records & overlooks all blockers by colleagues as well as junior team members. Manage creative, media & influencer agencies to plan and execute campaigns. Create social-first campaigns to deliver on the KPIs. Analyze and report social channel and activation performance to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings. Social media listening, monitoring & reporting. Conduct competitor & scans based on the brand. Focus on creating appropriate response sheets for different social media platforms. Overlook, Manage & Handle social media pages of client brands. Work with platform partners to ensure the business is adopting the latest product features and best practices. Continuously ideate and innovate within the social space. Basic Qualifications 4+ years of relevant professional experience in social media management, and/or social media planning. Passion for social media and understanding of its business impact. Experience working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams. Experience managing and negotiating media and content contracts. Understanding of the creative development process and media planning. Ability & knowledge to use AI tools to automate workflows. Preferred Qualifications Proven track record of delivering high-quality social media campaigns in very dynamic environments & creating distribution for brands across digital platforms. 5+ years of progressive responsibility in social media marketing and brand advertising Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Strong analytical and quantitative skills - the ability to capture and use various data points to develop and measure marketing programs. Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others. Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders, team members, and people across different categories & industries. Have prior work experience in the FnB/Fashion/Lifestyle category.
