Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated quantum engineer to join our research and development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantum engineering with a particular focus on superconducting microwave circuits used to couple qubits and readouts.Key Responsibilities:Designing multi-qubit circuits for fabrication and developing next-generation quantum processors with improved gate and measurement fidelities.Working closely with our nanofabrication team to develop novel qubit architectures and filing patents.Requirements:Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on quantum mechanics or quantum technology.Experience with the design of quantum circuits and GDS tapeout using custom tools or commercial software (HFSS, ADS Quantum Pro) and simulation.Expertise in developing circuit architecture to improve the performance of gates and readout.Knowledge and strong understanding of circuit QED and error-correction schemes preferably in superconducting qubits.A proven track record of successful projects and publications in peer-reviewed journals in the field of quantum technology.Experience with data analysis software and programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or similar tools.Experience in writing analysis reports to help define the direction of experimentation plans is a plus.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Self-motivation and ability to work independently.Benefits:This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research and development in quantum engineering.
