Job Title: Integration Specialist - LeadLocation: Remote Opportunity, Pan India We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to lead the development of end-to-end integration and data migration solutions into Oracle ERP Cloud. This is a high-ownership role covering the full delivery lifecycle — from assessment and design to build, testing, deployment, and maintenance.What You'll Work OnOwn all ODI & OIC integration deliverables as the Subject Matter Expert (SME)Lead end-to-end phases: requirements, design (High-Level Design/Low-Level Design), build, User Acceptance Testing, implementation, and maintenanceDevelop robust ODI ETL/ELT pipelines for master & transactional data migrationDesign and develop OIC integrations, API orchestrations, and event-driven workflowsDeliver solutions using APIs, File-Based Data Interface, UCM, and file-based integration patternsCreate High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, Functional Specification, Technical Specification, Implementation Guides, mapping specs, and error-handling frameworksExecute full data migration lifecycle — extraction to reconciliationUtilize Oracle Database 19c, SQL, and PL/SQL for complex transformation logicCollaborate with functional teams across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and other departmentsEnsure all integrations meet performance, security, and compliance standardsRequired Skills and Qualifications8+ years of hands-on experience with ODI & OICStrong background in Oracle ERP Cloud integrations and data migrationExpertise in ETL/ELT, OIC flows, adapters, error handling, and orchestrationStrong SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database 19c proficiencyExperience delivering structured project documentation (HLD/LFD/FSD/TSD)Knowledge of Airflow or similar schedulersSolid understanding of Data Warehouse/data-mart conceptsNice to HaveODI/OIC certificationsExperience integrating with banking, tax, procurement, CRM, or legacy ERP systemsKnowledge of UCM, BI Publisher, OTBIExposure to agile and waterfall methodologiesAbout the Role If you're a hands-on integration leader passionate about building stable, scalable, enterprise-grade solutions—this role is for you
