DFT Specialist

Job Title: DFT SpecialistOverview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Design for Testability (DFT) specialist to play a crucial role in ensuring the testability and manufacturability of complex integrated circuits.Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive DFT strategies, including scan insertion, Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG), and Boundary Scan (JTAG) insertionCollaborate with design and verification teams to achieve high test coverage and manufacturability goals for our next-generation integrated circuitsAnalyze test results, identify potential design issues, and recommend corrective actionsRequirements:Essential skills and qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)4-20 years of solid experience in DFT for ASICs or SoCsIn-depth knowledge of DFT concepts (scan insertion, ATPG, BSCAN, fault modeling, test coverage analysis)Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experienceOpportunity to work on leading-edge technologies and complex projects
