Job Description:Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (E&TC / Instrumentation/Electrical)Experience: 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience in the field of Industrial Automation and Control Systems Training/ProjectsDesired Skills and ExperiencePLC / HMI programming experience for at least one brand (RENU /Allen Bradley/Siemens / Mitsubishi / Omron / Schneider / Delta)IEC programming with good knowledge of programming using CODESYS or STRATONAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsJob Specifications and Job RequirementsTechnical Knowledge of Automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI, Electrical, Electronics & VFD's, Electro Hydraulic & Pneumatic)Conduct training on Industrial Automation like PLC,SCADA,HMI for students and working professionalsPrepare Training Kits, training videos, training documents and training videos etc.In house training and hands on practice should be given to customers/ System Integrators/ Sales PersonsAn ability to manage the training schedules and training activitiesShould be able to deliver seminar presentations to customers remotely with ZOOM/SKYPE/Google Teams etc.Proficient in using MS Office and preparing power point presentations for trainingPrepare demo applications for product demonstration and trainingPrepare application notes and reports of test setupPrepare and maintain repository with detail and up-to date technical information related to productsPrepare relevant technical information, wiring and installation details and drawings for product brochures, data sheets, Manuals, application notes, training manualsMaintain field complaint database for all products (including legacy products) and work closely with Engineering to get issues resolved quicklyProvide inputs to Engineering team regarding new features, enhancements, issues and facilitate product growthTravel to customer site and locations for training as and when requiredAbility to work as per European or American time zone as and when required and provide remote trainingAbility to work as technical coordinator in technical support department when required
