For a leading radio station committed to connecting with our Punjabi audience through engaging content and innovative programming. We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Project Manager & Social Media Specialist.


Most important requirement is Should be able to Understand and Read Punjabi.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Oversee and manage various projects, digital campaigns, Social Media management and special events.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, marketing, Video Editors) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Manage social media channels and respond to comments and messages promptly.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management and social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in Punjabi (written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement.
