Your work will make history and help millions of lives each day come together around the joys of food and inspire their well-being.Job DescriptionLead medium size projects and manage subsystems.Oversee resources (may include contractors).Work closely with Director to ensure business priorities and project alignment.Accountable for successful delivery (on-time, on-budget, w/ highest quality) of Integration projects across tools and technologies.Provide technical leadership and direction to evaluate third party systems and integrations, prototype components as required.Ensure alignment with company standards and propose optimizations for existing processes to expedite day-to-day job.Be data and metrics oriented.Work closely with teams to capture and understand future needs.Foster strong vendor partnership that encourages collaboration and offers improvement opportunities for functionality, reliability and cost savings.Provide team members with coaching, mentoring, feedback and staff development environment.Hire, coach, train and lead high caliber and diverse team of professional technology specialists who provide development expertise and guidance across IT.Lead efforts to ensure workplace environment supports highly motivated and effective workforce focused on continuous improvement and best practices.
