Company: LENSCORP AI PRIVATE LIMITED (LENS Corporation)Location: Gurugram / HybridExperience: 2–5 years (flexible for strong candidates)About LENSLENS Corporation is an AI, Computer Vision, and Biometrics company building enterprise-grade platforms deployed across government, defence, infrastructure, smart cities, and large enterprises.Our core platforms include:LENS View – Enterprise Video Management System (VMS)LENS View AI Video Analytics (FRS, ANPR, Crowd Analytics, Fire & Smoke, ITMS, Defence, School Safety, Enterprise use-cases)LENS ICCC & SCADA – Integrated Command & Control & Supervisory Control platformsLENS UNMS – Unified Network Management SystemLENS SAFER (सफर) – Fleet Tracking, Visitor & Gatepass ManagementRole OverviewWe are looking for a Business Analyst who can work closely with product, engineering, QA, support, and leadership teams to bring clarity, structure, and documentation to complex AI-driven platforms.This is not a generic BA role.The work involves deep functional understanding, system mapping, documentation, and translation of real-world requirements into implementable product logic.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Understanding & Functional MappingUnderstand LENS platforms end-to-end (VMS, AI analytics, ICCC, UNMS, SAFER).Create detailed functional flows, user journeys, and system workflows.Break down complex use-cases across domains such as surveillance, safety, smart cities, defence, and enterprise environments.Documentation & SpecificationPrepare and maintain:Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)Use-case documentsFeature descriptionsRelease notes and change logsSupport internal documentation for deployments, demos, and tenders.Cross-Team CoordinationAct as a bridge between:Product & EngineeringQA & SupportLeadership & External stakeholders (when required)Ensure requirements are clearly understood, tracked, and implemented.Support to QA & ReleasesAssist QA with test-case understanding and validation.Participate in release planning, feature verification, and post-release reviews.Required Skills & Experience2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst in a tech or product company.Strong documentation and communication skills.Ability to understand technical systems and workflows (even if not coding).Experience working with:B2B / Enterprise platformsSaaS or large system productsComfortable working with engineers, QA teams, and senior stakeholders.Preferred (Good to Have)Exposure to AI, Computer Vision, Surveillance, IoT, GovTech, or Smart City platforms.Experience with system diagrams, flowcharts, and requirement tools.Familiarity with how large deployments (railways, airports, cities, enterprises) operate.What This Role Is NOTNot a pure client-facing or sales BA role.Not a documentation-only role without product thinking.Not suitable for candidates looking for light or low-ownership work.This role requires thinking, structure, and ownership.What We OfferWork on real AI and national-scale platforms.Direct exposure to product decisions.High ownership and long-term growth potential.Competitive compensation aligned with capability and impact.
